Two college coeds have simply vanished – both abducted within the past week. The police have no leads and no serious potential suspects.
Payton knows and can identify most of the evil people in this town. One or more of them is certain to be the perpetrator of these crimes. While he is not in law enforcement, Payton has a special talent for rooting out evil where conventional crime solving techniques prove useless.
Always intentional in his dedicated pursuit of justice, Payton has a peculiarly humorous manner of approaching perilous circumstances. And perilous circumstances have a way of ensnaring Payton when he least expects it.
